These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CheapData ("Service"), operated by ReadySMS LLC ("Company", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not use data obtained through the Service for spamming, harassment, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable law, including CAN-SPAM, TCPA, GDPR, and CCPA. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the data complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
The Service operates on a pay-per-record wallet model. Wallet balance is denominated in US dollars and never expires. Records you unlock at a given tier are recorded in your account and are free to view again at the same or lower tier. Records unlocked at Premium tier remain Premium-unlocked permanently. All fees are stated in US dollars. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.
We make commercially reasonable efforts to verify data quality. However, we do not guarantee that all contact information is accurate, current, or complete. Contact data changes frequently and some records may be outdated at the time of unlock. The Service is provided as a research and prospecting tool, not as a verified marketing database.
The Service, its design, code, and proprietary data enrichment processes are owned by ReadySMS LLC. Records you unlock are licensed to you for your own internal business use only. You may not resell, redistribute, white-label, use to train AI models, or sublicense any data obtained through the Service. We employ watermarking and other measures to detect unauthorized redistribution.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your usage harms the Service or other users. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, any remaining wallet balance follows the Refund Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReadySMS LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
