This Privacy Policy describes how ReadySMS LLC ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with CheapData (the "Service").
Account information: name, email, phone number, company name, and billing information when you create an account or top up your wallet.
Usage information: the searches you run, records you unlock, and exports you download. We log IP address, browser, and device details for security and abuse prevention.
Payment information: processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full credit card number; we receive only a token and metadata required to fulfill purchases.
We use your information to deliver and improve the Service, process payments, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with legal obligations, and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your personal account information to third parties.
The Service surfaces business and consumer contact records from third-party data partners. These records are not your personal information — they are the information of others. You agree to use that information only as permitted by these Terms, our Terms of Service, and applicable law (CAN-SPAM, TCPA, GDPR, CCPA, and others).
Individuals whose records appear in the Service have rights under applicable privacy laws to request access, correction, or deletion. If you receive such a request from a record subject, forward it to privacy@cheapdata.io and we will route it to the appropriate data partner.
We share information with service providers strictly to operate the Service (Stripe for payments, Vercel for hosting, Railway for application infrastructure, BigQuery for data storage). We do not share your account or usage information with marketers, brokers, or data resellers.
Depending on where you reside, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your account information. To exercise these rights, email privacy@cheapdata.io. We will respond within 30 days.
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure; in the event of a breach affecting your information we will notify you as required by law.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use analytics cookies to understand product usage. You can configure your browser to block cookies, but parts of the Service may not function without them.
The Service is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
